I would like to be able to tether my phone via bluetooth and use it as a
mobile broadband device.  This works well through the GNOME UI, but
appears to be impossible in KDE.  Even if I use blueman to connect to
the device and activate dial-up-networking, the KDE network management
interfaces (neither the plasma widget nor knetworkmanager) provide no
way to activate a network connection.
