Is there a reason why thttpd is not enabled by default just like any
other server than you can install in Ubuntu? This is completely
confusing for first time users. The already mentioned non-verbosity of
this behaviour makes this problem even worse.
Setting this bug to "confirmed" since it really looks like a bug!
