Never mind.  I either misread the bash man page, or the later one I saw
was corrected.  This is indeed documented behavior.  I'm changing the
status back to "Invalid".  Pretend it never happened.

(I hovered over "Opinion" for a minute or two, because listing full
function definitions makes the no-arg set listing useless for the
interactive user when developers are putting that much code in the
environment. sigh.)

Maybe I'll look for a feature request for an argument to set to list
variables only instead.
