Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: transmission

When downloading a torrent with multiple files, but when not all are set
to be downloaded, the ratio reported is way too high. An example:

One file of 1.1 GB downloaded in a 13.2 GB torrent with 12 files the
ratio is reported to be 108 with 1.3 GB uploaded.

The torrent was first downloaded on windows and after a reboot imported
into transmission and validated before the seeding began. I have not
checked if this is a prerequisite for this bug.

First bug report so sorry if this report is too sparse.
