Gnome is 2.30.2
Locale is set to ja_JP (Japanese)
Computer is HP TX2 touchscreen laptop.

After perform standby in Gnome, machine appears to go into standby ok
with the power indicator intermittently blinking in intervals to show it
is in standby - this is expected.. However, after initiate wake from
standby via the power button, the machine does turn on, the hard drive
indicator does flash indicating activity, however it stays with a blank
screen. Ctrl+Alt+F1 does not even work. It appears to just hang with the
only remedy to be to perform a manual poweroff with the power button.
