Public bug reported:
USB TV stick MyGica D689 is supported since kernel 2.6.33 and once
worked in alpha edition of Maverick but no longer works in release
version or with updates. It can see signal in radio channels but can't
tune the digital channels out. All tuning-related apps like mumudvb,
scan and mythtv show the same symptom. Tried the latest current kernel
but the problem is still there.
