I had the issue about last about 2 days ago when returning from vacation. However, short time after I applied a lot of updates including kernel update.
Before trying the development release I would like to do a few more attempts with the current release kernel to see if it is not fixed there probably. Because my last cold start (after applying the update) did not show up the issue.
