What exactly doesn't work for you, the PPA solution or "sudo setpci -s 00:02.0 F4.B=50"? sudo setpci -s 00:02.0 F4.B=CC works for me on the same N150 and should work for you. Of course, it's just a workaround, but I put it into a shell script in my path, so it doesn't bother me anymore.
