This just started happening to me today - Update Manager installed a bunch of updates this morning (07-Jan-2011) and since then I've been getting weird hangs in Nautilus whenever it displays any kind of confirmation dialog. The dialog appears and I click one of the buttons which causes Nautilus to hang. Note that the process (delete, move etc.) still completes even though Nautilus hangs.
