Public bug reported:
The Dell Inspiron 1018 is no longer able to enable wireless. The F2 key
does not disable rfkill as it should. I believe this is a regression
since 10.04, since there was a patch related to this in that release. I
will be installing with 10.04 and will be able to verify that this is in
fact a regression shortly.
