Hi, for me has happend more or less the same for an amd64 architecture. Not once in a while , but all the time.
I have Architecture: amd64 in the control file. I can install it, but it's saying that it is not available for my computer (so I can just ignore that comment). I experimented with Architecture: all -> same problem, but still installable with Architecture: i386 -> not installable.
