Public bug reported:

Description: Ubuntu natty (development branch)
Release: 11.04
Linux nightwalker 2.6.37-11-generic #25-Ubuntu SMP Tue Dec 21 23:42:56 UTC 2010
x86_64 GNU/Linux

At the beginning of December I started experiencing random freezes and
overall poor performance to the point when running any application took
at least 10 seconds. Writing anything bigger than 5Mb to the HDD was
next to impossible. The only solution was to restart the PC but it would
happen sooner or later after the reboot. I have tried different things
and waited for some updates to the kernel but nothing helped. Today I
ran dmesg right after the inital freeze to see this:

[ 369.880354] irq 19: nobody cared (try booting with the "irqpoll" option)
