Hello everyone, really this seem to be a serious problem I also had a Toshiba - Satellite 1800 S274, also it is coincidence that I barely installed Ubuntu then there appeared a black screen y turned off the PC then when I powered back on it appeared a the same message "Bios block 3 is damaged" and so and so, I hope don't have to extract the hard drive and trow the laptop to the trash, its obvious that it is related to Ubuntu.
