At this moment OpenTeacher 2.0 is still in beta, but it's already much more stable then the older 1.0. Secondly, the 2.0 is planned to be released before the end of the year.
The packages on our website are built by me, but I'm not fully sure if they meet the quality guidelines of Ubuntu.
