Nagaraj, Looking at your logs, I am sure your BSNL 3G connection is now working however I am not sure about the issue with your eth0 (wireline connection).
BTW, I have used wireline connection along with my BSNL EVDO connection previously (with multihoming). So it should work with 3G also.
