Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

Nautilus won't allow scrolling with mousewheel while dragging a file.
(on feisty and probably previous versions

Quite easy to reproduce,
take a big folder and open it with nautilus (icon view),
test the mousewheel by scrolling around
select one or multiple files, start dragging it/them, test the mousewheel again
while dragging the files.

There is no reason it shouldn't work.

note : mouse wheel will work when making a selection square.
