This is definitely not a duplicate of bug #477644. That bug concerns unsuccessful saves of encrypted PDFs. I have removed the duplicate status.
This bug has absolutely nothing to do with PDF encryption. This bug centers on the inability to successfully saves PDFs with embedded forms once you begin to input data into those forms. Reference the OP for clearest explanation.
