earlier network-manager-icon in gnome-panel was scrambled and 'show desktop' - icon not fully visible. after that i took a screenshot and network-manager-icon repaired itself but not 'show desktop'-icon (see attachment). If i execute 'killall gnome-panel' many times it randomly (nearly cyclical) switches 'show desktop'-icon between good and bad...
