After configuring multitouch on the trackpad installed on Apple Macbook
Pro 5,5 on Maverick Meerkat, as explained in
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/MacBookPro5-5/Maverick#Touchpad, the
default trackpad configuration is wrong and unconfortable.
The cursor is too fast and imprecise, and the tapping is sensitivity is
too low - you need to tap with a moderate force to get an effective
click.
To make the trackpad usable the user needs to manually lower the pointer
acceleration, but this way you can't use external mice, since with them
the pointer is way too slow.
The default configuration should let the user use the trackpad and
external mice (simultraneusly) without changing any configuration.
