Lionel, thanks for your attention to this. I'm not following the situation on Ubuntu Natty, but I'm currently involved in an effort to complete the Hebrew translation of the core Xfce packages in time for the 4.8 release. I just took a look at the the Thunar PO file and it seems that this bug has already been fixed. http://translations.xfce.org/projects/p/thunar/c/master/view/po/he.po/
