Hm, I hadn't read your two latter replies... Yes, the real question (see
duplicate report) is why remote sessions are considered as inactive. I
don't really understand whether they should be reported as active and
it's just a bug, or whether it's how it's supposed to be: for things
like preempting sound output and ejecting devices, you don't want remote
sessions to be considered as active.
Anyway, I've committed the above fix upstream, so this bug won't happen
again. If other programs suffer from the same issue, please open new
tasks for these packages on bug 221363.
