Interesting that your card doesn't work with ndiswrapper and NetworkManager, but I suspect that's a bug in ndiswrapper, or if it's a bug in NetworkManager, I'd imagine it's a separate one. This bus is about the bcm43xx driver, which works with wpa_supplicant, but not with NetworkManager. See if your driver works with wpa_supplicant - if it does, that means it's a NetworkManager bug; if otherwise, it's an ndiswrapper bug. Either way you should probably file a separate bug report.
