Hi Brad, The needs-upstream-testing can be remove as I've made a upgrade to 10.10 and the issue still there.
Is a HP Pavilion a1104x, PIV 3.06, 512 MB Sistem Memory, Intel Integrated Graphics, and a 1.5GB swap.
