Probably best to retrieve the source via: apt-get source xserver-xorg-video-intel apt-get build-dep xserver-xorg-video-intel You may need to apply the patch manually, as it looks like they've renamed files and moved stuff around. Then you should be able to build the package via the command: debuild That will produce .debs you can install the usual way.
