Public bug reported:

My artem PCMCIA card doesn t get an IP from my router after startup.
Same settings as in breezy but if i do a "cd /etc/init.d" and after that a
"./networking restart" the card works
and my thinkpad fetches an IP.
-->then everything works fine.
But its a bit stressy procedure after every reboot....

This is the output from ifconfig:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ cd /etc/init.d/
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/etc/init.d$ sudo ./networking restart
