Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: indicator-applet

Ubuntu 10.10, release 10.10
Dell-Inspiron-6000
Bluetooth-USB: Sitecom / CN-516

After startup sometimes Bluetooth indication in Indicator-Applet states: OFF
instead of ON, but [Menu]-[turn off bluetooth] is still present and
USB-Bluetooth module is active !!! Blue-led flashes.
After unplugging Bluetooth-USB module and plugging in, it all works fine again.

Note: No problem in Ubuntu 10.04.
