@Paul As far as I am aware, the issue isn't about the rendering of text in a document, rather the rending of text atop the icon of a document, which is a completely different issue. The text on the icon, at least in my tests, is to small to be legible in the default installation, even without the highlighting, which I do not see as a problem since making the test of an A4 document legible as an icon would require an increase in the size of said icon several times to a point where it was too large to be practical.
