I have the installed the ICA client from Citrix. It installed all it's
files into /opt/ICAClient

The location of 'wfica' is /opt/ICAClient/wfica and also there is a
/opt/ICAClient/wfica.bin

The only binary it places in /usr/bin/ is wfcmgr.

I have tested the ICA client by itself and it works fine. Yet in
'tsclient' the option of adding a ICA connections is still greyed out.

I thought it might be because 'wfica' is not in the PATH. I created a
symbolic link to '/opt/ICAClient/wfica' at '/usr/bin/wfica' then logged
out and back in again. This didn't make a difference, the option is
still greyed out.
