Public bug reported: The networkmanager applet menu has several kinds of headlines. It is not clearly marked which are toplevel and which are sublevel. This means that one has to read the text in order to get an overview. Normally, when you look at a text, you can get this overview simply by looking at the document as a whole. That approach takes shorter time and less brain-computation.
