Public bug reported: Binary package hint: pymsnt
On Feisty, pymsnt can't create its pid file after a reboot, so it fails to start. The pymsnt init script tries to put the pid file in /var/run/pymsnt/pymsnt.pid, and the package creates the /var/run/pymsnt directory upon install, but because /var/run is a tmpfs filesystem, that directory isn't persistent. ** Affects: pymsnt (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- pymsnt can't create pid file https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/103535 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
