When testing this, all of my desktop disappeared. The files are still there under /home/user/Desktop, but I don't *see* anything. I expect that they'll be back after a logout or restart of X, but for some people this could really freak them out. (I have nowallpaper soI don't know if this would have been 'lost' also or not)
