As Robert Collins pointed out, I'm using Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (sorry forget mention that). Evince came with Ubuntu. With these info, one should be easy to reproduce the bug.
Actually, xpdf installed by 'synaptic' or 'apt-get' in Ubuntu also had key-lag problem (pages moving lag much behind key strokes). I downloaded the version from http://www.foolabs.com/xpdf/ and the problem solved.
