When looking to find if i get the same psmouse.c messages in syslog, I found that my problem is not really related to mouse.

So it apears that is ANOTHER RADEON BUG. Partial walkaround this problem is to change video drivers in xorg.conf to vesa. It causes the freezes to get much shorter and almost unnoticable.
