Steven, sorry U1 is not working as expected. If you would like to help us further debug the issue it would greatly be appreciated. Could you please start Ubuntu ONe in debug mode and try to sync your files.
Open Applications->Accessories->Terminal, and run: sudo killall ubuntuone-client-applet ubuntuone-syncdaemon Then start syncdaemon with this command: /usr/lib/ubuntuone-client/ubuntuone-syncdaemon --debug > ~/syncdaemon-debug.log Now start the Ubuntu One client from the menu as you normally would. Let U1 run for awhile and try and sync your files. A file will be created in your $HOME directory called syncdaemon-debug.log. Could you please attach that file to this bug report. After attaching additional information you can change the Status of the bug back to 'New'. The status of a bug report can be modified by clicking on the current status in the yellow line near the top of the report, which will reveal a sub menu. You can then set a new Status in the drop down box. thank you, duanedesign ** Changed in: ubuntuone-client (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- not able to sync my desktop on Ubuntu 9.10 when booting up. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/675278 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
