I don't think so, I know people don't like comparissons, but Pidgin gives a
message about the status message changing too much (wich I don't think is
the best behavior, since it generates an intrusive pop up message). I think
empathy is just not handling whatever error generates this message
(something that comes from the WLM protocol) properly, there should be some
kind of error code empathy can check against, and then just ignore this kind
of "unknow" error. Maybe put it on a log somewhere, but as it is now the
behavior is not only wrong but misleading, because it looks to the user that
some message was not sent (and there is no way to know wich one.)
