I confirm this is an hardware related issue. I found that unplugging my
ethernet cable in the internal ethernel controller of my motherboard
crashes the computer while suspended. The wierd thing is it also happens
if the internal controller is disabled in the BIOS. I test with a PCI
ethernet controller and it works well.

So, two questions remain :
1. Why did suspend work with Windows?
2. Now that i'm abble to see a complete log, I've low memory corruption error
in dmesg. Seems
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/587457/comments/6 can help
me. I'll test.
