If I can, I will close this bug. It seems there was some configuration
disagreement. R, JGR, or Deducer (not sure which) didn't like having
site-wide installation files (/usr/local/lib/R) along with home
directory installation files for libraries. Not sure how I messed that
up. Apologize for the bugs.
