I just started seeing this bug in 10.10 (maverick), happens in both firefox 3.6.11 and 3.6.12. Seems to happen when flash is loaded, or when a javascript-heavy page is open in one of my tabs. Then, in any tab, whenever I move the mouse, scroll, type, or hover over the location bar, the cursor flickers between the "link finger" and the proper cursor for the context.
