Sorry found a change in how you have to recreate the effect. 1. Start up Ubuntu Software Center in unmaximised mode. 2. Resize the Ubuntu Software Center by dragging the window to only make it a little smaller (don't maximise yet). 3. Then maximise the window. 4. Now unmaximise the window.
Notice that the categories don't rearrange themselves meaning that the user has to horizontally scroll to see all the categories. Does anyone else have the same issue?
