Sorry Sebastian, I did not have a working internet connection when I tried to recreate the bug. I wrote down the precise steps I carried out in order to clarify what I did and did not do. I see that the difference between what I, and the original reporter, did is that he had "some" failed downloads and I had "all" failed downloads.
