Hey guys,
Do yo have desktop effects turned on? What happens if you turn them off?
If that helps, what graphics driver do you happen to use? Also, did you
upgrade your systems or a new install for 10.10?
For follow up bug triagers: works just fine here, also runtime issues
from .rc or other xml markup files can be excluded because the panels
are hardcoded in dolphin source, since the menu is drawn, but empty a
bug in something kwin/kdelibs/qt seems more likely.
