I have the same problem on my Lenovo z360 running Maverick. Any picture is flickering on an external monitor. However my z360 is with nVidia Optimus Technology, therefore I have: 01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation GT218 [GeForce 310M] (rev a2) 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Core Processor Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 12)
How to understand which controller is actually used?
