Hello Erik, thank you for taking the time to file this bug report and help us make Ubuntu better!
It would appear that your passwd file was locked for some reason: useradd: cannot lock /etc/passwd; try again later. adduser: `/usr/sbin/useradd -d /var/run/xrdp -g xrdp -s /bin/false -u 117 xrdp' returned error code 1. Exiting. You may want to check to see if there are currently running programs that have it locked with fuser -v /etc/passwd This should show any processes with /etc/passwd opened and/or locked. It may also be easier to reboot, and then attempt the update again. Closing as Invalid. ** Changed in: openssh (Ubuntu) Status: New => Invalid -- package openssh-server 1:5.5p1-4ubuntu4 failed to install/upgrade: underproces installed post-installation script returnerede afslutningsstatus 1 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/671289 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
