I have the equal problems with equal problems since several ubuntu releases with my netbook acer aspire one and a broadcom wlan. the win xp partition on the same computer and also an other ubuntu laptop in the network connect and behave flawless. at the moment i use maverick with kernel 2.6.35-22-generic, and the problems persist. update with severl doznes of mb are only possible with a wired connection.
