I simplified my fstab (to the entries below) to only mount my /home by
UUID.  This issue is still apparent as shown in the screenshot below.

UUID=52543d1c-6080-4cdf-80e0-30b9af3748f7 /               ext3    
relatime,errors=remount-ro 0       1
UUID=dba2bb63-7104-4bd7-b8d9-9e2250f131f7 none            swap    sw            
  0       0
/dev/scd0       /media/cdrom0   udf,iso9660 user,noauto,exec,utf8 0       0
UUID=f0413a2b-ff74-4d44-a8d1-b142762b3c71       /home   ext3    
auto,defaults,nosuid,acl,errors=remount-ro      0       2

I have an identical setup on another machine using home mounted on
RAID1+LVM2 with no issues.
