@Derrick: I fully agree, evolution needs more attention. I had started reporting all these issues in one bug, which ended in a mess, because different distros and Ubuntu versions are affected or not. What exactly do you mean by "Time format preferences do not respond"? If this is a reproducible problem we should open another bug.
