Public bug reported:

When opening a .ogv video, the first few seconds are jumpy, then the
program crashes. Other video formats seemed to be recognised ok. I
confirmed (going back to Lucid) that the files play correctly and are
not corrupted. Then I booted Maverick from USB to confirm that the
problem is present prior to any system modifications or program installs
on my part.

I'm using a Dell Inspiron Mini 10 Netbook with the Ubuntu 10.10 Desktop
Edition. Thank you.

Regards,

MathUHenry
