Public bug reported: I tried to install Ubuntu on my new AO521-3782, which I bought specifically for Ubuntu. Unfortunately it turned out to not work with Ubuntu at all. While I wanted to try out from USB stick, the keyboard and the mousepad weren't responding. I could put in an external USB mouse and get going, but it was impossible to install without keyboard support. I was hoping that it will detect the problem and download the drivers (as my netbook was connected to ethernet) but no luck with that either.
It uses the AMD M880G chipset. Please help. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: - I tried to install Ubuntu on my new AO521-3782, which I bought - specifically for Ubuntu.
