apport information

** Description changed:

  I am using Ubuntu 10.10.
The version of the networkmanager is 0.8.1.

Mostly the network-manager-applet crashes if no wireless connection is given.
Rarely it happens for no reason.
I can start the applet again without any problems ...until it crashes again
...after a time ...but it sucks.
