We are speaking about the same issue here. I did not look into the CD
contents because it doesn't matter if the otheros.bld is there or not
when it is not recognized by the PS3. Whether it is in the kboot
directory or not, it is a showstopper for everyone who hasn't got kboot
installed already.
I am marking this one as duplicate because the other bug report is more
precise.
